Physicians needed a unified view of patient records to make timely, informed care decisions. The existing software created silos—requiring doctors to memorize or jot down details from one page before navigating elsewhere for additional information. This fragmented workflow was inefficient and error-prone. The redesigned solution consolidated all critical patient data into a single, comprehensive view, streamlining access and minimizing the need to move between pages.
